THE COMPETITION
The UTS Broadway Design Competition was a unique opportunity to design a new 5 star Green Star building on the southern edge of the Sydney CBD.
The competition was open to all registered Australian architects, and was conducted in two stages.
Each second stage participant firm was paid $50,000.
THE WINNER IS
Denton Corker Marshall has been announced as the winner of the UTS Broadway Building Design Competition.
The practice’s winning proposal, along with those of the Stage 2 finalists and Stage 1 concept designs, will be published here on 17 August 2009.
The UTS Broadway Building will be a vital part of the redefinition of the southern approach to the Sydney CBD.
